Step 1: Viewing Your Payment Methods
- Log in to your Nextelco Account:
- Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.
- Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.
- Navigate to the Billing Section:
- On the left sidebar, find and click on the Billing option.
- In the dropdown menu, select Payment Methods.
- On the left sidebar, find and click on the Billing option.
- View Your Payment Methods:
- You will see a list of all the payment methods linked to your account, as shown in the image below:
- Each card will display the last four digits of the card number, the cardholder’s name, and the expiration date.
4. Adding a New Payment Method
- Add a New Card:
- Click on the Add Card button in the top right corner of the screen.
- A new form will appear where you can enter your card details, including:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Card Number
- Expiration Date (MM/YY)
- CVV
- ZIP Code
- Customer Email
- After filling in the required fields, click Save to add the new card.
- Click on the Add Card button in the top right corner of the screen.
Tips
- Ensure your card details are up-to-date to avoid payment disruptions.
- You can add multiple cards and select a primary card for billing.
