Make VoIP Calls

Placing a call in Nextelco is straightforward. Follow the steps below to make a call.

Steps to Place a Call:

  1. Ensure the Number is Active:
    • Before placing a call, make sure your Nextelco number is active. The active status is displayed at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Select the Number to Call:
    • In the Phone Numbers section, you’ll see a list of contacts with their associated phone numbers.
  3. Make the Call:
    • To initiate the call, click on the Phone icon next to the contact or number you wish to call.
  4. Set Call Disposition and Provide Feedback:
    • After the call, you may be prompted to set a Call Disposition and provide feedback on the call quality.
    • Select the appropriate options and click Submit.

These simple steps allow you to make calls quickly and efficiently within the Nextelco platform.
