Steps to Place a Call:
- Ensure the Number is Active:
- Before placing a call, make sure your Nextelco number is active. The active status is displayed at the top of the dashboard.

- Select the Number to Call:
- In the Phone Numbers section, you’ll see a list of contacts with their associated phone numbers.

- Make the Call:
- To initiate the call, click on the Phone icon next to the contact or number you wish to call.

- Set Call Disposition and Provide Feedback:
- After the call, you may be prompted to set a Call Disposition and provide feedback on the call quality.
- Select the appropriate options and click Submit.
