Step 1: Log in to Your Nextelco Account
- Open your web browser and navigate to the Nextelco login page.
- Enter your credentials (username and password), then click Log In.
Step 2: Navigate to the Messaging Logs
- Once logged in, you will be directed to the dashboard.
- On the left-hand side, in the Main Menu, click on Messaging to expand the menu.
- From the expanded options, select Logs. This will take you to the Messaging Logs page, where you can view all your messaging activity.
Step 3: Locate the CSV Export Button
- On the Messaging Logs page, you’ll see a table listing all your messages, including details like Message ID, Date, Direction, From, To, Segment, and Status.
- In the upper right corner of this table, there is a green button labeled CSV Export.
Step 4: Download the Message Logs
- Click on the CSV Export button.
- The system will automatically generate a CSV file containing all the visible messaging logs.
- The file will then be downloaded to your computer, typically to your Downloads folder.
Step 5: Access and Review the CSV File
- Once the download is complete, locate the file on your computer.
- Open the CSV file using a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other CSV-compatible application to review your messaging logs.
Tips:
- If you need to filter specific data before exporting, consider using the Advanced Search feature located next to the CSV Export button.
- Ensure your browser allows downloads to proceed without interruptions to avoid any issues during the download process.
