1. Dashboard Overview
- After logging in, you’ll be redirected to the main dashboard page.
- The dashboard is organized into several key sections, each accessible from the main navigation bar on the left side.
- Welcome Message: Your name and role are displayed at the top, ensuring you’re logged in to the correct account.
- Active Number: The phone number associated with your account is shown here.
- Balance in Wallet: Displays your current balance.
- Total Owned Phone Numbers: Shows the count of phone numbers you own.
2. Main Menu Navigation
- Phone Numbers: Manage your existing phone numbers or purchase new ones.
- Contacts: Access and manage your contact list.
- Messaging: View messaging statistics and manage campaigns.
- Marketing: Manage SMS, Voicemail, and Email Marketing campaigns.
- Call Center: Access call center-related settings and information.
3. Tabs Overview
- Summary: A general overview of your account metrics.
- Messaging: Detailed statistics related to your messaging campaigns, including delivery and response rates.
- SMS Campaigns: Detailed statistics related to your SMS campaigns, including delivery and response rates.
- Voicemail Campaigns: Detailed statistics related to your SMS campaigns, including delivery and response rates.
- Email Campaign : Detailed statistics related to your Email campaigns, including delivery and response rates.
- Call Center Campaigns: Detailed statistics related to your Email campaigns, including delivery and response rates.
