Dashboard

The Nextelco dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your account and key metrics. Below is a guide on how to navigate through the various sections.

NexTelco, Dashboard 

1. Dashboard Overview

  • After logging in, you’ll be redirected to the main dashboard page.
  • The dashboard is organized into several key sections, each accessible from the main navigation bar on the left side.
  • Welcome Message: Your name and role are displayed at the top, ensuring you’re logged in to the correct account.
  • Active Number: The phone number associated with your account is shown here.
  • Balance in Wallet: Displays your current balance.
  • Total Owned Phone Numbers: Shows the count of phone numbers you own.

2. Main Menu Navigation

  • Phone Numbers: Manage your existing phone numbers or purchase new ones.
  • Contacts: Access and manage your contact list.
  • Messaging: View messaging statistics and manage campaigns.
  • Marketing: Manage SMS, Voicemail, and Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Call Center: Access call center-related settings and information.

3. Tabs Overview

  • Summary: A general overview of your account metrics.
  • Messaging: Detailed statistics related to your messaging campaigns, including delivery and response rates.
  • SMS Campaigns: Detailed statistics related to your SMS campaigns, including delivery and response rates.
  • Voicemail Campaigns: Detailed statistics related to your SMS campaigns, including delivery and response rates.
  • Email Campaign : Detailed statistics related to your Email campaigns, including delivery and response rates.
