How to Use the AI Text to Speech Feature in Nextelco

The AI Text to Speech feature in Nextelco allows you to create professional audio files for your voicemail campaigns quickly and efficiently. Follow the steps below to create an audio file using this feature.

Steps to Create an Audio File with AI Text to Speech

1. Log in to Your Account

Ensure you are logged in to your Nextelco account.

2. Navigate to the Voicemail Section

• On the left-hand menu, locate and click on Voicemail.

• Under this section, select Audio Files.
  
  

3. Add a New Audio File

• Click on the Add new button.

• You will be redirected to the “New Record” page.
  
  

4. Select the AI Text to Speech Option

• On the “New Record” page, navigate to the AI Text to Speech tab.
  
  
  

5. Enter Audio File Details

• Name: Provide a name for your audio file to identify it easily.

• Text: Write the text you want the system to convert into speech. You can enter up to 5,000 characters.

6. Choose a Voice Type

• Select the preferred voice for your audio file:

• John (Male voice)

• Nicole (Female voice)

7. Save the Audio File

• Once you have entered the details and selected a voice, click on the Save button.

• Your audio file will be saved and appear in the “Audio Files” list.
