How to View Manage Payment Methods


Managing your payment methods in Nextelco is straightforward. This guide will walk you through the steps to view, add, and manage your payment methods.

Step 1: Viewing Your Payment Methods

  1. Log in to your Nextelco Account:
    • Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Billing Section:
    • On the left sidebar, find and click on the Billing option.


    • In the dropdown menu, select Payment Methods.



  3. View Your Payment Methods:
    • You will see a list of all the payment methods linked to your account, as shown in the image below:
    • Each card will display the last four digits of the card number, the cardholder’s name, and the expiration date.

4. Adding a New Payment Method

  1. Add a New Card:
    • Click on the Add Card button in the top right corner of the screen.

    • A new form will appear where you can enter your card details, including:

      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Card Number
      • Expiration Date (MM/YY)
      • CVV
      • ZIP Code
      • Customer Email
    • After filling in the required fields, click Save to add the new card.


Tips

  • Ensure your card details are up-to-date to avoid payment disruptions.
  • You can add multiple cards and select a primary card for billing.
