How to Download Message Logs in CSV Format


The Nextelco platform allows you to easily export your messaging logs in CSV format for analysis, record-keeping, or further processing. Follow these simple steps to download your message logs:

Step 1: Log in to Your Nextelco Account

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the Nextelco login page.
  • Enter your credentials (username and password), then click Log In.

Step 2: Navigate to the Messaging Logs

  • Once logged in, you will be directed to the dashboard.
  • On the left-hand side, in the Main Menu, click on Messaging to expand the menu.

  • From the expanded options, select Logs. This will take you to the Messaging Logs page, where you can view all your messaging activity.

Step 3: Locate the CSV Export Button

  • On the Messaging Logs page, you’ll see a table listing all your messages, including details like Message ID, Date, Direction, From, To, Segment, and Status.
  • In the upper right corner of this table, there is a green button labeled CSV Export.

Step 4: Download the Message Logs

  • Click on the CSV Export button.
  • The system will automatically generate a CSV file containing all the visible messaging logs.
  • The file will then be downloaded to your computer, typically to your Downloads folder.

Step 5: Access and Review the CSV File

  • Once the download is complete, locate the file on your computer.
  • Open the CSV file using a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other CSV-compatible application to review your messaging logs.

Tips:

  • If you need to filter specific data before exporting, consider using the Advanced Search feature located next to the CSV Export button.


  • Ensure your browser allows downloads to proceed without interruptions to avoid any issues during the download process.
