Creating a voicemail campaign on the Nextelco platform is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to set up your campaign:
Step 1: Log in to Your Nextelco Account
- Open your web browser and go to the Nextelco login page.
- Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
Step 2: Access the Voicemail Campaigns Section
- Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu.
- Under the “Voicemail” section, click on “Campaigns”.
Step 3: Start a New Campaign
- In the “Campaigns” section, click on the “New Campaign” button.
- You will be directed to the “New Campaign” page.
Step 4: Fill in Campaign Details
- Campaign Name: Enter a name for your campaign in the “Campaign Name” field.
- Caller: Select the phone number from the dropdown menu that you want to use for the campaign.
- Tags to Add to the Contact: If you want to add specific tags to the contacts in this campaign, enter them in this field. Use space, comma, or enter key to separate multiple tags.
- Tags to be Added to Contacts who Call Back: Enter any tags you want to be automatically added to contacts who call back after receiving the voicemail.
- Dated Tag Prefix: If you want to add a date-specific tag to the contacts, enter it here. This helps in tracking the campaign’s performance over time.
Step 5: Add Recipients
- Click on the “Recipients” section on the left.
- Select or upload the list of contacts you want to include in this campaign.
Step 6: Record or Upload Voicemail Message
- Click on the “Record” section.
- Here, you can either record a new voicemail message or upload an existing audio file that you want to use for the campaign.
Step 7: Set Date & Time
- Click on the “Date & Time” section.
- Choose the date and time when you want the voicemail campaign to be sent out.
Step 8: Confirm and Launch the Campaign
- Click on the “Confirm” section.
- Review all the details of your campaign.
- If everything is correct, click on the “Continue” button to launch the campaign
Step 9: Monitor Campaign Performance
- After launching, you can monitor the performance of your campaign in the “Campaigns” section.
- Track metrics such as the number of voicemails sent, responses, and engagement rates.
